Full Payment Notice

All loan repayments, including instalment payments, outstanding balance settlements, and early or premature loan liquidations, must be paid only into KELV CONSULTS’ official corporate bank account. The correct account details will be provided or formally confirmed by KELV CONSULTS’ duly authorized staff through the company’s official communication channels.

Clients must not make loan-related payments into any personal account, staff account, agent account, third-party account, or any other account that has not been officially designated by KELV CONSULTS. Clients are also advised not to hand cash to any individual claiming to act on behalf of the company unless KELV CONSULTS has expressly authorized such a payment method and issued an official receipt.

Any client who makes a payment into an unauthorized, personal, or third-party account does so entirely at their own risk. KELV CONSULTS shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, fraud, misappropriation, delay, or other consequence arising from such payment. The payment will not be recognized, acknowledged, or credited against the client’s outstanding loan obligation unless the funds are confirmed as received in KELV CONSULTS’ official corporate account.

Before making any payment, clients are responsible for verifying the account name and details. Where there is any doubt, the client should contact KELV CONSULTS directly through its official telephone number, email address, office, website, or loan application support channel before proceeding.

Clients should retain their payment confirmation or transaction receipt. A loan repayment or liquidation will be regarded as successful only after the funds have been confirmed in KELV CONSULTS’ official corporate account and the client’s loan account has been updated accordingly.
